As climate change mitigation is one of the greatest challenges cities all over the world currently face, the C40 Climate Leadership Group met in Berlin to exchange knowledge and discuss the legal framework which is required on the local level to attain the highest energy efficiency possible in an urban area. Moreover, the workshop presented successful examples of an integrated energy supply (cogeneration/trigeneration) and innovative technologies to further cut CO2 emissions.
The workshop took place on the 10 and 11 June 2010 and was very successful.
